A playful A.I. coach that reads your Garmin data, understands your fitness, and gives you simple orders: when to run easy, when to push, and when to rest. You don't have to think like a coach — you just follow the captain.
You don't need to know what "threshold" or "polarized training" means. AyeAyeCoach reads your past runs from Garmin, figures out where you are now, and charts a course to your next goal — 5k, 10k, half, or just "get back in shape".
You wake up, glance at your watch, and it already knows what today's session is. No spreadsheets, no scrolling training blogs, no overthinking.
Think of it as ChatGPT that's secretly a running coach, has read your Garmin history, and talks like a friendly captain instead of a training textbook.
AyeAyeCoach pulls your Garmin activity data (with your permission) and looks at pace, heart rate, volume, and how consistent you've actually been.
Instead of throwing you into overtraining waters, it adjusts to your starting point. Haven't run much lately? It knows. Already running 40 km/week? Also knows.
Your watch gets step-by-step workouts: warm-up, intervals, recoveries, cool-down. You just press start and follow.
Life happens. You miss runs, get sick, or suddenly crush a PB. AyeAyeCoach recalculates calmly instead of screaming at you.
"Why is tomorrow easy?", "Can I swap days?", "Can I race on Sunday?"— you can ask, and it replies like a coach who actually read your log.
The system is designed so human coaches can plug in, oversee multiple athletes, and use AyeAyeCoach as their AI first mate.
Some days, AyeAyeCoach will push you a bit. Some days, it'll force you to rest. And some days, it'll gently remind you that "future you" has to deal with every skipped run — so you might as well lace up now.
The goal isn't punishment. It's accountability with a smile.
You don't need to be a tech person or a data nerd to use AyeAyeCoach.
Nope. AyeAyeCoach is built first for solo runners who just want a smart plan and clear daily instructions. A human coach can layer on top later if you want.
If your device supports structured workouts via Garmin Connect, it's very likely compatible (Forerunner, Fenix, Epix, etc.).
Your data is used only to analyze your training and build your plan. No selling data. No ads based on your runs. You can disconnect at any time.
We're currently integrating with Garmin's official APIs. Early access runners will be invited in small groups as features are ready.
If you already run with a Garmin and want smarter, less stressful training, hop on the early access list. No spam, just updates and a spot on the crew.
